Chat tabs constantly crash, freeze, or roll back one or two tasks, which makes working extremely frustrating. Switching between chats often resets previous settings, so I have to reconfigure everything again and again.The GPT AI chat cannot properly analyze audio tracks, even though the same task works perfectly through the official service — this is unacceptable for a paid productivity tool.There is also no clear pricing for video generation. Only an approximate number of generations is shown, yet I use the same AI model for video creation and credits are deducted inconsistently every time. This makes it impossible to plan usage or budget accurately.Overall, the platform has potential, but stability issues, broken audio analysis, unclear credit consumption, and poor session handling seriously hurt the user experience. These problems need urgent fixing.

I got a paid subscription to see if this can replace paid gpt/claude. I got hooked by slides and sheets feature.In reality genspark’s team doesn’t care about quality of their product but aim at quantity of features, which is never good for user experience. I had LLMs just stop mid answer multiple times. Once I saw that my prompt just got cut off. Tried o3 with-in genspark, and I have real doubts it’s o3, quality of answers are way way lower compared to native gpt model (I know it’s via API and stuff but it can’t be that big of a difference)Slides feature is too unstable, it’s really hard to make something good with it. Sheets are probably the only impressive feature, it works well.So all in all, not worth switching for me. Also Perplexity released Labs which is more or less the same as Slides and Sheets. And they care much more about their UX and product stability.

Doesn't handle basic tasks properly. This app is just a cash grab. Don't waste your time.
