Terrible customer service and forced linking of one account

Horrible support service, the answer to a question can wait more than a day, no help in solving the problem, having answered at random times and closed the topic after a few minutes, you have to write again and wait again. Can't change my account, no matter what I do, I still have the old profile that I don't want to play on. It is terribly annoying

One star – Legendary fish bug ruined event

I spent over 3,000 pearls and completed all tasks in the Maldives event, but it was impossible to get the legendary fish. Support said I should have bought it in the shop, which is unfair and ridiculous. This used to be obtainable through gameplay. Very disappointed and frustrated with this event.
