Hello! I had Iphone 8 that was stolen with your games on. Now I bought a new Iphone 11. Your games (Fishdom, Homescapes, Gardenscapes) can’t download on my new iphone. It requires info payment, but when I add this info, nothing happens. What should I do? Do I have a debt? (I’m sorry for my English, I’m not native)

I had a blast playing this game for a brief period. Everything from the ease of progressing, to graphics was fun and easy going. But, eventually I’ve reached a road block where it was extremely difficult to make progress. A hard level that was unexpectedly hard compared to the “challenge” or even “super hard” levels in the past. That roadblock came right at the time when all of the game given tools and extras have been used up. Yep be tried to beat the level for several days. There were two options to win: 1) wait for several days feeding the fish and gaining daily extras and tools in a lottery type of setting to have enough strength to beat the level; 2) $$$. I chose to deleted this game as there has to be a better way to keep balance between a fun stress reliever and pay-for-win approach. Take a look at Angry Birds 2 as an example. Thanks for all the fish, hope that you take this criticism as constructive and implement an appropriate change.

Game is nice, good competitions and events. But… it looks like the team becomes too greedy. Last year prize in season box was decreased, next reduced number of boosters with timer (and made them shorter). Some months ago long seasons were replaced with short one (from ~25-35 days to ~8 days) for the same Gold Pass cost. Today, noticed, that 10 crystal cost increased almost twice, the cheapest bundle was removed and Fishy Bank for the same cost now contains only 30 crystals, not 50… That is really to much for so short time. Personally, I have been playing that game for more than a year, and paid in total quite a lot $$$$ (no any other games in my life all together), but seeing such trend - no wish anymore :( Hope marketing team knows what they do.

I have to close too many popups in order to play it. I wish there was an option to just play the game, not closing the fokken popupsPS: If you don’t want to progress through the game using gems, you might get stuck on a level like 2809, where the game just does not let you go through until you spend a few ones. It just does not give you sufficient target pieces within the given moves number. So it’s impossible to complete this round unless you PAY MONEY :) It’s been days so far and I can’t get through this level, that makes me mad more than excited about the gameplay. 1 star
