We’ve rolled out some exciting updates to enhance your experience on the VApp. Transaction and utility bill receipts have been revamped to make them clearer and easier to view, download, and share. We’ve also introduced carousel banners on the launch screen to highlight new products, updates, and offers so you see what’s important as soon as you open the app.

- Rights Issue Access: Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers can now participate in the Rights Issue purchase. - Profile Update Flow: Users can update missing profile information during Rights Issue checkout to complete payments. - Improved Feedback: In-app feedback channel revised and enabled for quick issue reporting. - VRewards Challenge: New VRewards challenge setup: qualifying users will earn VRewards points and a ticket to the Bvndle Rewards Festival in December. - VTag (Refinement): VTag has been refined to ensure smoother participation across all VRewards activities.

Card Request Disclaimer: Unclaimed Physical Cards are securely destroyed after 365 days. Improved "Hide/View Balance" feature for privacy. "Savings Plan" was renamed to "Open Account" for clarity. Generate your Fixed Deposit investment letter and send it to your destination of choice. Carry out transactions even without signing in to the app with the Quick Links feature. Your Target Savings, Fixed Deposit, and Crew Savings plans can now be locked with the Lock Savings feature. Disable or Enable interest payments on your Savings Account. Wherever you are in Nigeria, you can get a Verified Debit Card delivered to your doorstep. Crew Savings plans are now categorized based on themes for an easier search. A transfer counter to track your free monthly interbank transfers. Inclusion of disclaimer on the e-vouchers purchase window explaining that voucher use is country-specific. Tap on the Total Account Balance Tile to view a list of all your accounts.
