METHODOLOGY
In the app there are two principal methods connected to each other:
- Behavioral change. Welly helps you change your lifestyle and gives you step-by-step guidance to form healthy food habits.
- Portion method. It suggests consuming vegetables, carbohydrates, proteins and fats in particular portions. For instance, a fistful of veggies, a handful of carbohydrates, a palm of proteins and a thumb of fats.
FUNCTIONALITY
- 8-week personal plan of your daily diet for healthy weight loss.
- Your own menu made up from products in your fridge or food you can easily buy in any store in order to lose weight in a healthy way.
- Control the consumption of veggies, carbohydrates, proteins and fats in each portion to enrich your body with good microorganisms.
- Recommendations for a portion size and other components of a well-balanced diet.
- Water tracker that helps control the water balance in your body within a day.
- Step tracker that helps monitor your muscle toning exercises within a day.
- Academy – videos, articles and stories that help you learn more about healthy eating and get into balanced diet culture.
Welly uses Apple Health to automatically import your steps and give you accurate feedback and advice.
Welly knows everything about step-by-step weight loss and habit formation. You know everything about yourself. Together with Welly, you will achieve all desired results.
SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
If you choose a PREMIUM subscription in the app:
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription will be renewed automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s account settings after purchase
