Works very poorly, buggy, it shuts down whenever you try to get the reward by watching videos and you have to do it three times before you actually get a reward. And the customer service/help is completely useless. They do not confirm they got the message and do not respond. If it would not be amusing to play actually, I would give it 0/5.

I have reported a missing Giovanni character multiple times, yet all my requests have been ignored and the issue hasn’t been fixed. I’m unable to automate all my stations because the character isn’t unlocked, yet I’ve finished all possible levels AND completed “all stars” episodes multiple times. It’s getting annoying and I’m losing intrest in the game. Also a lot of times my diamonds just disappear, same for my progress.

I have reported a missing Giovanni character multiple times, yet all my requests have been ignored and the issue hasn’t been fixed. I’m unable to automate all my stations because the character isn’t unlocked, yet I’ve finished all possible levels AND completed “all stars” episodes multiple times. It’s getting annoying and I’m losing intrest in the game. Also a lot of times my diamonds just disappear, same for my progress.
