When i purchased the brawl pass plus i didn’t get all of the rewards. I couldn’t claim the rewards after unlocking them, which is the whole reason why I bought it. I play brawls stars for a very long time and it is the first time that this has happened. Otherwise i highly recommend the game.
Amazing game locked behind an absurd paywall

I love the game, its so good, genuinely. That is when you get to actually play it like it is intended. Free to play experience is basically non existent because you will not be able to play ranked - locked behind upgrading brawlers - which with the speed of free to play progression takes an absolutely absurd ammount of time. But ok, say you buy the monthly pass which is “best deal in the game” already the cheapest veriom for 7eur gives you barely enough to slowly progress the brawlers you get finally able to max them out and use their full potential. However the biggest problem for me lies that unlocking new brawlers, especially ones you like, is locked behind the most absurd gatcha mechanic ever of collecting credits. These credits go towards unlocking a certain brawlers which require more credits based on rarity. Which would be okay and understandable if the brawlers wouldn’t be predetermined. You get to choose one out of 3/4 where the non chosen ones move on to be available amongst the next predetermined brawler. Which means, to get a brawler that is at the end of the road it can take years of playing, or slowly building up your gems to unlock it (for which ofcourse you can pay for). Or if you think about maxing out your account it would thousands yes THOUSANDS of EUR. No chance you achieve it free to play imo. Alongside that the recent update is the worst update I have seen in any game I ever played. Completely spitting in the face of its players. Just read about it on reddit it you wish to learn more. Its a shame such an amazing game is ruined by greed.

brawl stars is a really fun game i like that u brought back boxes eaven if not for long but now you see that players really enjoy when they open boxes I dont ask for much i just ask that you bring back the old brawl stars i mean old old brawl stars when there was bo brawl pass when you had to get tokens for brawl boxes and big boxes but you should add that you can get mega boxes too like i think that this wouldnt be as exciting for new players rhan the of players i mean you can still have the new brawlers just dobt make them so op because everyone just abuses them at first to gain free trophies and then the free to play players like me strugle because people spend money on the game but the most important thing you must fix is FRANK! hes to op now nerf him a lot like get the old frank but with hypercharge then he can smash so fast as he does now butwhen hypercharge is onthats all

I am a old player and downloaded brawl stars a long time ago I really liked the game.Before I state my case I’m on iOS.One day when I started up my second account but it just said loin failed and it’s giving me that for the past year and a half, I tried everything but nothing works. I think supercell just doesn’t care about the iOS issue because it works on the updates but doesn’tlisten to the few people that how this problem that show’s how supercell just listens to a large community and not a small one deep down I know they aren’t going to fix the issue. Thats why I stopped playing brawl stars. The game was fun but I can’t play anymore so I can’t tell what I think of it now. It was fun when it lasted. Thanks supercell for not listening you lost a fan.
