Equal parts task manager and calendar, this app has helped us build a schedule that’s as productive as it is practical. And with apps for Apple Watch and Mac, it can help keep you on track wherever you go.
Lifesaver for college students and organised individuals

I would highly recommend Structured to college students and anyone who needs a flexible app to insert some structure into their life. The timeline view is fantastic and highly customisable with colors and icons to provide a quick glance of your day and keep track of time. The ability to add notes and subtasks is really appreciated, as is the inbox, where you can put tasks that you don’t want to schedule in and keep track of them. Kudos to the developer!
Pretty good productivity/planner app (One of my top 3)

I've tried quite a few productivity/planner/to-do apps, and so far, Scheduled is one of my top 3 favourites. I love its simple design, customisations, features, etc. It's really easy to use and pretty to look at. I hope that these will be added into the app in the future: The ability to change the preset colours to custom colours without having to repeatedly type in the colour code/look for the specific colour I want, and the ability to press and drag tasks (rearrange stuff). Currently, I'm using the free version and am pretty satisfied with it, so I will continue to use it and consider getting the Pro version (Any student discounts or promotions? 🥹) One thing I dislike about this app is that it takes awhile for the buttons to react when I press them. Whenever I press the Settings/Inbox/Calendar/+ icons and buttons, they don't respond until I repeatedly press them. I don't know how to resolve this and I've already restarted the app & my iPhone. This only happens in the Structured app though so my touch accessibility is working perfectly fine on any other UI/app. If this is a common issue/bug in this app, I hope it gets fixed soon because it's really annoying!! >~<
Overall great app, but..
Lololollllllllllllllllllooo
I find it unnecessarily troublesome to select the task start time. When you are planning your task for a day, you either scroll through the whole time period from morning to night, or you randomly select one start time and drag the task to its correct time later (which is VERY difficult to accurately land on the specific time you want). I get that hiding the time between tasks let us focus on the existing tasks more, but can you give us a way to view the day’s full timeline? Then drag-to-reschedule will be easier, and can let us directly create the task from the specific time slot (rather than needing to scroll thru the time wheel from day to night…)Also is there any way to hide the “answer email” hint when creating new task?? This hint distracts me and make me forget what i was about to write lollll
Developer Response
Thank you for your feedback and your review. If you want to schedule a task without manually setting the time, you can tap on the plus button and drag and drop it to your timeline to schedule it.Regarding the suggestions when creating a task: The suggestions are based on previously created tasks. In the future, we will include the option to dismiss this feature.
This update brings a broader round of fixes and polish across Structured.
