If you have thought about spending even a dollar on making a purchase in this app I suggest you don’t, the customer service is terrible and irresponsible.Have tried to contact their staff with regards to a bug on the purchase made in the fortune store prize, which I make a purchase and it took away my coins but did not give me the item.I tried contacting their staff through the game itself, first the staff name David have gotten back to me after almost 24hrs with a response that is made to just brush away the issue. Which to begin with is not even addressing the issue itself, then after I have informed him another staff named Minhye then responded again ignoring the fact of what David have said and gave me a pointless instruction that I HAVE ALREADY DONE SO WITHOUT THEM TELLING ME, and already provided a screen shot... up til now they have not responded.. so please stay away from the store as they are obviously not responsible for their product.** update **So they have gotten back to me almost 2-3 days after the reviews written, however it was a quick and decisive one that insist I have received the said gem and it was 65 not 100 which I saw, and he have just closed off the chat, which I saw it as a pointless sign to even continue seeking support obviously Not in a mood to wait another 3 days for a response that is not only rude but comes off as slight passive aggressive as well.Overall it’s a good F2P game and let it stay that way UNTILL they wake up their idea on customer service

This is an amazing simple and fun game with a great UI. The UI is very interactive and gives satisfying feedback. It got me hooked for hours trying to improve my shop. Their energy system is also a great idea. You can earn them back just by actively selling items instead of the usual “recover in X mins”.A suggestion on a feature I would like is to be able to allocate furniture items slots to specific items. Like a “lock”. For example, for this table, I would like it to only have elmwood bows. And for the other, wooden shields. I think this helps to keep track of stock visually and keeps the shop looking neat - like how shops IRL keeps things organised.
