Celebrity Fitness Trainer Fabiana Ferrarini created the full body Queen Warrior HIIT Workouts especially for women with an emphasis on the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core + positive mindset building. Fabiana and her team of Queen Warriors Instructors will lead you in LIVE workouts every week from the comfort of your home. LIVE workouts are incredible because you have the ability to chat live with the instructors and leave messages for the other Queen Warriors in between sets!
If you can’t make the LIVE workout, a replay of the same workout will be available exclusively to Queen Warriors members. Replays are available 24/7, so you can tune in at any time that works for you.

Jennifer has been a life coach for 7 years with a strong focus on helping women feel happy and confident to face their journeys, past, and present, with an optimistic outlook.
