more I have been evaluating many AI tools in the market but nothing works like Manus AI. With a single prompt, it is able to create a fully structured PPT or a full functional website. It doesn’t keep asking you questions like other AI but rather execute autonomously based on your prompt. Simply best of the best !

There is really much promise to this app. The steps u place in gives a real person interaction. I wish this can also be said the same for your technical support. To better encourage paid users, it is good to reciprocate by giving back some credits to your users who face a loss of credits due to your setup/system issues. For eg, The issue on sandboxing resetting is probably one of the ongoing improvements u guys are working on, but it has probably caused many of your users loss of large amount of credits. Wouldn’t it be nice if u guys extend some return of loss credit as a gesture of good will even as we help u guys identify bugs that need fixing. A win win would certainly draw more customers in.

Inflexible on renewal of subscription plan in current month. For example, when the current plan subscription credit finish, you can only upgrade your subscription plan in order to obtain more credits concurrently, which forces users to upgrade as the work you are doing is incomplete and require moreCredits. It doesn’t allow users to continue on same plan to purchase more credits concurrently.
