Besides being a fun game, Ludia’s staff listens to feedback and constantly strives to make the game even better, by removing bugs and adding new features/items/dinosaurs into the game.I once lost my level 13 account when I tried to experiment on having my wife’s account on my phone. I was devastated! I both emailed and sent a message to Ludia’s help and support, hoping that they can help. Initially, I was a little skeptical that they will do anything for an average customer like me, but I am gratefully and pleasantly surprised that they helped me through the whole process patiently (for 5 days) and then they finally managed to retrieve and load up my lost account!!! Would like to specifically thank Mario, Jhon and the Pterosaur office for all their help!Kudos to Ludia and its staff!! I am forever grateful!!!

I don’t usually write reviews for apps, but this game was pleasantly addicting. As a new player I do not feel pressured into buying anything, and though paid players have an advantage, the game balances this by having its battle mechanics reward skill. The game is also fairly generous with the rare dinos with constantly updating events and free gifts. Which is very commendable and makes the game that much more playable for the average free2player like me. All in all, whilst I downloaded this expecting another pokemon go, what i got was imo arguably more fun. I also felt that the battle system was better than pokemon go in that it isn't just mindless tapping. As an added bonus, i can even play this from the comfort of my home even in lockdown, unlike pokemon go.Great job to the developers and team behind this! :) Thank you for listening to your players and bug fixing even if some players aren't the nicest. Thank you! Keep up the good work! :))

Hello ludia,I am writing this review is because Rexy needs to be debuffed. For someone in a low tier arena, facing against Rexy is almost impossible. Low tier people who are in arenas are facing up against Rexy is down right unfair due to the moves it has. She could increase her speed and attack and even a quick creature can’t even do much to her because of the priority and therefore it is trashing everyone in low tier arenas. Other than the Rexy problem, i wish that you would even the levels of the dinosaurs in the arenas as the creatures we normally face are higher level than us and we could even face up against uniques in a tier 3 arena which is quite low. Therefore I’m only giving this game a 3 star rating because it is too unpolished and the only game modes I'm play are just the daily incubator. Thanks for reading.

It’s a unique concept but once I got toro to level six, I was so happy as I was going to unlock a new skill, I had the exact amount to upgrade it. What surprised me is, 300 DNA?! Just to unlock ONE SKILL. It surprised me and I’m sad because when I managed to get it to level 6 I spent money on a pass which let me upgrade it to level 5. Then I spent a ton of time getting more DNA until I upgraded toro. Looking that I needed more DNA for a skill made my heart sank.
