Visually, the game is bright and charming with each dragon having its own personality and design. The progression system feels rewarding early on. That said, the game does start to slow down after a while. Progress can feel gated unless you’re willing to wait or spend. Overall, Hatch Dragons is a fun and polished game that’s easy to pick up and hard to put down.

An extremely calming game, I love the soft background music and sounds, I do wish there could be some low sounds from the dragons too whenever we tap on them to make it more immersive and adorable, like the Mörksugga. On the note of the dragons, I absolutely love their designs! My only gripe with the game so far is the extremely expensive requirement to expand the land. Each purchase the number of coins needed increases quite a bit. I'm now at tue point where I need to spend at least 54,000 coins just to expand. Or at least let us use gems to expand as well. This is quite an annoying factor and slows the game down for me quite a bit as I won't be able to spend more time on it. Apart from that, just want to say I really appreciate the message behind all of Runaway games, with their focus on the natural world. Looking forward to more events in the game in the future.

Liking this game so far! however will love for the coins to be able to accumulate even when app is closed. the coins are taking a long time to generate as you have to be in app to collect the coins ):
