I am currently at level 3779, but today when I try to log in and play the game, it keep crashing right after the loading bar run to the end. I totally cannot go in to the main page, I tried to delete and reinstall the game so many times and also try to do the same thing on my other devices, but all face the same problem! Please help!

I was enjoying playing this daily until I noticed:- 1. Ads suddenly appear after every level. C’mon every level is too much. Esp the same ads, like brain washing! 2. Butterflies supposed to help in a level. I noticed on more than 5 occasions when I only needed one move to win the game, the butterfly will not go to that move. It will go to some other unnecessary place & waste the move. Is it a glitch? I hope so. Bec if it is deliberate then it means yr dev is unethical with below the belt moves, no point to play further. You tell me which is it!Anyway maybe I should thank you instead for the ads at every level. Used to play this game for hours, struggling to put it down. Now I play only 2 levels the most at a time. You solved the problem of how to force myself to stop playing!

I hv enjoyed playing tis game 4 a few years but d recent hung up (several times) at level 3544 just got me v frustrated.. all d festive free lives in Nov were ‘forfeited’ cos it just cdnt load.. appreciate ur help to rectify d situation cos I still believe tis is a game worth d time playing.. Tks n look fwd to d redemption of free lives soon :)
