Great game but very glitchy and slow especially since the last 2 weeks. Please fix it!

I really like this game, it’s very addictive and the social aspect of it enhances the experience. But the latest updates are full of bugs and glitches and has severely impacted the gaming experience.

The game seems promising, but not every aspect is intuitive. The forging of higher tier items require one to sacrifice the current item, but you need to unequip it first, despite having hundreds of thousands of steel in inventory.The regional map where you need to go out to gather resources or fight sometimes doesn’t load well, and I may end up looking at a terrain with no made-made features, only natural geographical features.When attacked, the walls will burn when damaged but there’s no way to stop the burning or repair the damage, leaving the keep vulnerable to further attacks and further weakening of defenses. Yet it seems repaired after a while if the keep is left undisturbed, not sure when it happens. When attacking a keep. you bring thousands of siege engines, only to knock down a few percent of the defenses, lowering both the attacker and defender’s power in the process.When your forces are wounded, you tap to heal, but the screen refuses to load properly, and reverts to the same number of wounded. If you have medical tents and wish to heal or upgrade, the bottom of the screen actually obstructs your tapping and you may often end up being brought to the infantry training barracks instead.Reports do not always load properly. Sometimes you have read them all, but later on when loading is an issue, the read reports appear as unread again, and you wonder if your keep is yet again under attacked, or you hunted more times than you did, or something else.

Poor customer replies for bugs in the game

Poor service throughout if not for the love of the episodes I will never continue playing . After 600 over days of playing lost all my troops due to-a game glitch and I received a paltry 3k gold and a review saying game team will not be able to reply individually and that’s the best they can do . Previous case - Last month I upgraded my keep from level 19 to level 20 , did not receive the in game rewards , when I made multiple queries under various categories , the reply I got was the game team are looking at the issue and a 2.5k gold . The actual rewards are worth a multiple times more and they don’t seem to have looked into the issue .

GOT Conquest keeps on crashing

I’ve played this game for one month already and I would like to give a review. This game was initially fun to play. However when it keeps crashing, I had to close the App and restart it again and again. Sometimes even closing the App did not solve the problem. This is very frustrating especially when you are trying to shield up when someone attacks you. I have spent considerable amount of money buying the packs. When I use the resources to upgrade my armour to exquisite , it gives me a poor standard armour. This is despite using exquisite materials for refinement. I have submitted tickets to ask. I just got an email to say it was closed and feedback was given. Until now, no one has addressed the issue. Now today, when I try to open the App, it says I have to upgrade the software. When I get to the App Store, it doesn’t even allow me to upgrade. I am seriously thinking of giving up playing this con job game.
