Great app works very well but adding multiple docs from phone takes a lot of time. The app by default opens in the top folder rather than last open folder and if one has multiple email attachments to upload from email, it’s a very time consuming exercise. Secondly, the app doesn’t allow attachment to be added to an email easily. It always provide a link- which is not always useful. Sometimes you have no choice but to send docs as attachments but box makes it very difficult I hope team fixes these issues as its a very stable app otherwise

Getting bad to worse

I started using BOX for almost 8 years. Initially it was great, I can open files as "make available offline". However, nowadays files takes either very long to save as "make available offline" or cannot save at all. Even if its saved, it cannot open without internet. I have giving feedback for this bug or glitch, no response from the developer, I think its time to go back to Dropbox instead of using this app which makes my blood boil.

App does not work for iPhone 15 Plus. IOS 18.1

I recently update my iPhone 15 plus to 18.1. Then I can’t launch the box app. It just show the loading screen and auto end. Just like a flash. Uninstall and reinstall does not resolve the issue. Any idea.
