Alright, ladies and gentlemen, here’s my review:The Focus App had me writing this review before I even finished downloading it. If that’s not a sign it actually works and gets you focused fast, then I’m not sure what is. Simple, effective, and already doing its job. 🥇

Dyr men funkar väldigt bra. Synkar utan problem mellan alla plattformar (provat på Mac, iPhone, iPad och Apple Watch), har bra stöd för Shortcuts och andra appar. Utvecklas aktivts. Kan bara rekommendera.

As said in earlier review, when it get’s fixed it’s a 5 star app. Well, they fixed it so now it is once again a 5 star app.Earlier review: ”Widget worked great before update being able to switch/play/pause directly from the widget menu pinned to the home screen. After update when you want to go to the next stage (break or start a new session), it just states “Unable to Load”. Then it goes back to the old timer. Fix this and it will be 5 stars again.”

Good extras bad basics

Looks great and professional, but the core functionality, at least with an Apple Watch, is flawed. Starting a timer on one device (ie phone or watch), does not necessarily mean that the timers are in sync across devices. Pausing the timer on one device can lead to the other device finishing before the other and other problems. Tried this on iPhone 14 and Apple Watch SE (2022). Price for a subscription is extortionate, given that the core functionality is buggy and that the only tangible benefit is being able to change session length.
