Milluu is a proptech end-to-end digital platform designed to simplify the experience of renting a property, completely taking care of every step of the process - from the first to the last day of the rental period.
The landlords find in Milluu the Instant Rent option that guarantees the rent for 12 months and first payment in 30 days after the sign-up in the platform! With a fully digital onboarding journey, the owner is renting his apartment without the stress of dealing with the real estate agent (one or more), interrupting his daily schedule to take calls from interested potential tenants, managing each visit, helping the tenant to get installed in the apartment…and the list continues.
Milluu does all these tasks and more: tenant financial risk analyze, utilities payment management, technical emergencies insurances, etc.
The tenants have access to a portfolio of high quality & ready-to-move apartments and a fully digital renting experience: sign the contract or pay the rent and utilities expenses in the app. Additionally, the rental agreement includes an insurance policy for all properties in the apartment as well as an emergency technical assistance package for any failure of plumbing, electrical or district heating.
