I really love this app!! It’s really creative and comprehending!!! But there’s this one problem that really REALLY annoys me. CapCut used to be better. There are too many adds here and there, even when I just open the app. And when I export my template, 2 adds in a row pop up. I’m really disappointed in this, you can do better. And why is the Pro and Standard really expensive? And you should give every creator free Pro/Standard for eternity. (I’m not a creator) but I can see a lot of creators that try their best. And there’s another problem, what’s wrong with the copyright? Every time I use the template, it leads me to TikTok and doesn’t let me export my template, but I hope this is just a glitch in my device.Thank you for reading.

Dear designers, and production team and other respective working members. Your app used to be a LOT of people’s favorite including me, for its accessibility for some of the unfortunate and availability for others. What’s up? The premium subscription feature is applying almost to everything even if a person had it with its remaining available feature? They wouldn’t enjoy it as much, heck even delete it (which I will). It has seriously become annoying. Now even my passion for editing has faded away…you guys were my go-to ON MY LIFE. Even in school presentations. Life’s getting more expensive and money’s become more crucial to attain. Now I’m not saying the rest who haven’t joined the subscription are broke but money’s purpose is to be spent on basic needs like food, water, shelter and etc. . And unfortunately these are also rising up in prices, now I have to pay to edit on a screen? Be for real. This lacks logic in my opinion. I understand you wanna make income but was that the intention from the beginning? To lure in long-term yet maybe ever-lasting supporters to enjoy, use, and support your app to just turn away after applying this feature in almost EVERYTHING. It’s hardly even used. Please consider reviewing this and reflecting on your decision, as this REALLY disappointed me and other fellow users as well. And bare in mind please, I’m not mainly bothered about the premium subscription, but how it’s ridiculously in almost every effect. As for my rating, the app has great features! But the inability to use it properly is heavily affecting its usage and it’s overall performance. Until this issue is looked on and fixed? I will not change my rating. Sincerely, a supporter, lover, and a concerned user. Could you at least get back the smooth slow motion effect for free?

I used to use this app a long time ago to edit, the editing is cool and fine and all but the problem is the watermark and the pro effects. A long time ago there was only few pro effects which was fine since I still had plenty of more effects that I could use. But now?? It’s crazy! Almost all the effects are pro! I’m really mad at this. Most of the common and non important stuff are left for me to use, which is not what I needed In my editing! Next, the watermark. Sure, the watermark isn’t that bad but since it’s the same as the CapCut template sign, it can make people seem like u stole it from a template. Which is unfair because u clearly made it by yourself. And the watermark can sometimes be covering some things. Like what’s the point of putting a watermark on something that didn’t create ur video? Sure, CapCut created the edits and stuff but like who created the video? Me, of course. So what’s the point of putting the CapCut logo there. Some people who probably doesn’t know CapCut might think it’s stolen from a person called “CapCut” or something. And this is just extra but also annoying.

Even basic effects and transitions that were once free are now restricted, making it nearly impossible to create simple, polished videos without paying for a subscription. It's incredibly frustrating to see features that were once readily available now being monetized, especially for users who don't need advanced tools but just want to make casual edits. This shift feels like a cash grab, and it’s disappointing to see CapCut prioritize profit over its loyal user base. If this trend continues, many of us will be forced to look for alternatives, and CapCut could lose the community it built. They need to stop locking essential features behind paywalls and bring back the accessibility that made the app so popular in the first place. It’s disheartening to see an app that was once so great become so restrictive.
