I love this app i used it for editing for 2 years, yet still use it, but the issue is that right now whenever i try to open it, it loads for a long time even i waited 15 minutes for it yet its still loading, i tried deleting my storage, i did then tried its very laggy as-well, so please fix this issue And I'm not sure if its my iPad cuz my iPad was super good behaviour but alight motion no, please if this is a bug please fix it, I'm pretty sure every person has this issue and trying to fix it, please fix this i would be so happy if you did, Thank you so much, have a nice day!

Hello alight motion!, I have been using your app for three years. I have a problem that I want to solve in the app. Problem has been with me more than 3 months!. The problem that the app does not allow me to enter and says that there is a problem with the network. And there is no problem with the network at all! I do not know if I am the only one having this problem or there is someone else. I hope that you respond and fix the problem.❤️Thank you

Yes, this app is truly amazing and gives off that niche look for animations! And I relied on it for years, aside. I have a HUGE problem. When I mean huge I mean it. So. As an iPad Pro user. Every time I go on alight motion, it says, “network issues, please check your network and try again” but, I tried doing background refresh, offloading the app. A lot, but nothing worked, and this is a huge issue, for me. I can’t even go into alight motion without it telling me I have problems with my internet, and my internet device is pretty smooth. And I’m now struggling on CapCut. Your app is amazing. But I would recommend fixing this. -Laura!

this app is like after effects but mobile version, i really recommend it its so good and theres so many effects and so many adjustments to the effects. however, you do need a lot of patience to use this app, as it took me 3 months to actually make a half decent edit. it also lags very bad, you cant see your edit properly unless you save it because if you play it back in the app itself its very laggy, and sometimes kicks you out of alight motion and sometimes when your watching back the edit it randomly pauses every like 2 seconds and sometimes the very start of the clip is literally turned sideways and lags. and the audio randomly disappears if i wanna hear the audio i have to refresh alight motion, please fix this!!
