A move that shouldn’t be allowed

If I play +4 while only having cards of one colour left and that’s the colour I request, the next player shouldn’t be given the option to challenge me using that colour! I just played a game where I had 2 blue cards left and a +4 card, I played the +4 card and requested for blue cards and the next player was given the option to challenge me if I had a blue card (I obviously did since that’s what I requested)! This is not okay please fix it

Hello! The Challenge rule is based on the fact that the player who plays the Draw +4 card is playing it despite the fact that they already had a playable card in hand. For example if a player has a red 5 and Draw +4 card while there is a red card in the center pile, the opposing player can challenge this successfully and force pick-up on the other.
