First time starting the app, trying out the edit pdf function. After 30min editing a file i get a message if you want to keep your progress buy the full version and deleted everything..

Hi there! Sorry for the confusion 😢. In the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, all Premium features are marked with the ✪ symbol. If you try to edit PDF, you’ll also see a blue ribbon at the bottom indicating that edits can’t be saved unless you start a free trial. You can check this out to learn more: [adobe.ly/readerfaq].
