App filled with bugs and poor customer support.

For the past 2 months this app had it’s fair share of bugs (disappearing and reappearing profile matches; constantly requesting “human validation” with each opening; seeing the same profiles every time in the search, even if you swiped right or left - which means that the app doesn’t recognize your choice; a lot, like a lot of 1 blank photo profiles that are one after another - so much for profile reviews and safety from phishing attacks; no option to change the language tracking in the app. therefore Tinder will automatically warn you that words in another language are bad, just because they mean something else in english etc.)If you highlight the issues to customer support, you’ll be flagged and banned without any warning by a bot or a simple minded person. If you inquire the reason, the answer provided is to consult the CG and T&C to identify yourself where you think you did wrong and got banned for it. But if you do insist and make some noise or demand an appeal, they’ll reverse the ban, again without a given reason on to way it was there in the first place..For an app that wants to be “a social thing, that unites millions of people and what not” it sure does a poor job at keeping the welfare and best interests of its customers.

If you’re looking for a dating app, keep looking. This isn't a platform for meeting people; it’s a psychological experiment in how much frustration a user will tolerate before they cough up $30 for a 'Boost' that does absolutely nothing.The 'Discovery' algorithm is a complete fabrication. I live in a populated area where I personally know dozens of people on the app, yet Tinder has the audacity to tell me 'There’s no one new around you' after five swipes. It’s a blatant, low-effort attempt to create artificial scarcity. They hide local, active profiles behind a paywall and 'drip-feed' you the scraps to keep you engaged just long enough to show you an ad.Unless you’re willing to pay for Platinum just to have the 'privilege' of being seen by people living three blocks away, don't bother. It’s a glorified slot machine that’s rigged to make sure you never hit the jackpot because if you actually met someone, you’d stop paying them. Account deleted, and it felt better than any match this 'money pit' ever provided.
