Growtopia keeps crashing. As in can’t be opened at all. Click on it and the all instantly shuts down.I’m on iPad Pro and just installed iOS 14. Not sure if it isn’t compatible with the new software but fix this ASAP!

Banned for no reason

Fix it this ban.
It’s about 5 times in my life while playing this game and surely I got banned for no reason, about my account, the last ban was fixed like 2-3 days later ,this ban want to be fixed today because I want to play ,I know all people make mistakes but for 5 times for an account? That’s my account- GrowID: CodricHope you’ll fix it..Anyways my IP account it’s banned, I don’t know why.

So I found this game by searching for games , tried to connect but says that either proxy/vpn is active or I have been reported for ‘abuse’. Pretty sure that I dont have vpn or whatever proxy is and it’s the first time I played this game so cant be the abuse , so please fix this bug or at least tell me what proxy is and what vpn/proxy has to do with connect cause it reealy doesnt make any sense

Firstly, I got permanently banned from an account I haven’t used in years. I tried to come back to Growtopia for Carnival because I remembered how fun it was. For some reason I wad banned even though nobody used the account and when I told them they just said they don’t care what I have to say more, if it’s banned it’s banned. Secondly the game barely works. Ubisoft, please stop ruining games that we love. Maybe go into another sector, start making tshirts or something because you’re destroying my good memories of this game.
