i cannot add stops since this update, it keeps adding a random spot from my favorites and not one that i want to choose, for example: I chose a route for my trip and when i wanted to look up chargers for my car on the stops menu it kept chosing the one in my favorites rather than choosing whatever stop that i want from the map just an update ago. please fix this

Route planning and Send directions to phone does not work as expected. If you plan a drive on Google Maps Desktop using your preferred way with small streets shortcuts or any other preferences and send that planned drive to your phone, on my phone I am getting directions to point B only by going on main streets or Google's preferred routes. This is being discussed on forums for years and today this is still an issue being ignored by developers. I am on iOS 10.3.3 with latest Google Maps installed. Such a shame that such a brilliant feature does not work as it should but more to be upset is that Google Maps developers to not look into this issue neither do they follow the dozen of forums complaining and describing this issue in the hope that someone from Google will tag this issue for high importance and have it fixed.

Went on a roadtrip in June 2024The blue line, there’s no traffic (jam)? It does not update! I have to close the app and look the route again to manually update the route and see the congestion. Please fix this. Speed limit. I almost hit the break a few times in Germany going from a decent speed to 80. It was not an 80 road. This had happened many times. Even in Romania saying to go 30. Leave it out if it is not correct. In Germany I was guided to an exit that wasn’t there. I was then guided to go sharp left on the Autobahn, the Highway. That is impossible. Time in traffic jam is not adjusted automatically. I have to close the app and look up the route again Suddenly after a stop I open the app and I am guide the other way. Another town which I visited is suddenly a second stop and I was not going to my final destination. When choosing the exit and positioning for this on the correct lane. Google sends you to the wrong lane. The note with lanes in the top left states something different than the road on the map. Names of the exit direction are incorrect when choosing the exit.
Google is taking down good reviews based on false claims

I wrote a good review for a restaurant and uploaded 3 photos and Google took the review down saying that I received money to do that, as I was some kind of influencer or something. It would have taken them 10 sec to check my SoMe profiles and see that I am a regular person and just because I take good pictures and give an honest good review, doesn’t mean I got paid for it. I still have the receipt from that meal, but there is no way to appeal the decision. I had the option to press the appeal button, without the possibility of adding any comment of proof, and guess what? They came back with the same answer: the review is taken down. And then they wonder why people don’t give reviews anymore or why they suddenly stop using their apps.
