I like the app, I use the pro version to edit my content. I like that it has a lot of features, fiters and video effects. I like the preset option so I can create my own preferred edits. This being said, I gave 4 stars out of 5 because of the caption function who really works so bad. It makes a lot of trouble despite the fact that it automatically transcripts the words, all the other visual features have a lot of bugs. They cut words and makes it very difficult to syncronize the caption with the words after I give it an animation special for captions. It’s really hard to work with it and I think of changing the app with another one just because of this feature which I really need and needs improvement. So please, make something about it

Apart from the fact that now 85% of everything the app has to offer is under the “pro” limit, the app itself doesn’t work the way it used to. It freezes, crashes and is just insanely frustrating. I have used capcut for years and i know it used to preform extremely well, but recently it has become really annoying and just terrible to use. The text feature is so hard to use because the screen does this thing where it folds in on itself and doesn’t let you see the options for the font/ stroke, animation etc, but also doesn’t allow for you to see the project your working on. It also cuts and keeps jumping to cut-in-half windows before almost immediatly freezing. Writing is also really frustrating because you cant write more than two words before the thing completely stops responding. I have literally had to quit the app several times a minute just to write half a scene. Its terrible and so so so frustrating. I have honestly considered crying over this app because it feels like its died a long time ago. I mourn the lost features, the easiness it used to operate on and the overall title it has since lost. Capcut used to be an amazing app, great for beginners, pros, novices and intermediate people looking to edit video, but now its complete garbage. It doesnt matter if you pay the whole insane amount of money for pro or if you decide to use it as is, the interface has so many bugs an defects and issues its impossible to work with. DEVELOPERS FIX YOUR APP.

This app used to be one of the best editing apps that everyone could use without payin money, everything was free amd we had no limits in what we could create but recently the pro features started to come more and more aggressive because first there was just one pro version that barely cost anything then it came the second version with the pro features where half of the apps most interesting effects and stuff now cost money, then this third version, u have different plans where the cheapest one is actually very expensive for others, then this third second one even worse and the last one for an year is also worse, i understand your company needs money to make the app better but you went too far wih that, people lost interest because of you since they only used this app beacuse it was free and actually fun Now you are not gaining, you are loosing because instead of you getting money it should be you making people happy by giving them an app that does not require payments for literally everything, thanks for understanding
