Since the last update, the subtitle disappears at every episode from a series. At every new episode, I must add subtitle again. Please have it in consideration to fix this. TY

You are nowhere to be found, the website and the way to access help is cryptic. I can't log in to the account even though I have the phone in my hand and it's functional, it says For added security, we need to verify your phone number. We are unable to send an SMS to the phone number ending with xxx at this time. When trying from mobie there is a whatsapp option but it doesn't send a message with otp. I have no way to contact an email or a support person and I will simply block the next payment to be automatically unsubscribed. Good thing there aren't many days left until the next payment is made.

The only show that is really interesting is tge grand tour and it definitely doesn't justify paying the subscription for it. You have shows that are not available in Romania, for example grand prix driver? Why? Aren't we paying the same as others who can enjoy it? I will never understand why some content is not available in some countries as we pay the same price as others. Having a prime video subscription and having to look for it on the internet...shame on you. Canceled the subscription when the grand tour finished streaming. I can wait a day or to and look for it on provate trackers if that's what you want.
