Hy! On 21 Feb I download this application you asked me to enter information for Free trial and then I deleted it but now today this app automatically enabeld one year premium Plan which cost about 40 dollars without my approval and deduct this amount from my apple wallet I hummbely request you to refund my amount in apple wallet

According to the App Store rules, subscription is activated automatically 24 hours before the end of your trial period. When you choose a 3 day trial, you accept this condition. Now you can cancel your subscription in your Apple ID in the 'Subscriptions' section. If you'd like to get your money back, you should get in touch with App Store following this link - https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, since they handle all payment questions.

Today, eighth of August I just see their ad for this app and I checked that I’ve already installed this app day before today. I start three days trail and make a sample video then suddenly notification came with the payment detect from my account for one whole year that is not fair. Please return my payment ASAP.

You can close this offer or use a trial and cancel the annual subscription before the trial end. Then you'll be able to use the free version of the app.
