TotK Travel Guide
Tears of the Kingdom Companion
Free · In-App Purchases
TotK Travel Guide is a companion app for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Breath of the Wild for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. You can use it while playing the game to keep track of your progress, mark interesting locations on the map, and make notes. It can also help you find all kinds of materials in Hyrule, such as fruit, fish, and ore, and it's a quick reference guide for all the Armor sets in the game.
The app provides a spoiler-free experience: by default, all locations and regions are hidden. As you make progress in the game, you can make them visible in the app as well. This means you can explore Hyrule and use this app without being spoiled by seeing everything the game has to offer from the get-go. Of course, if that's actually what you're looking for, that's an option as well.
At the center of the app you'll find a map of all levels of Hyrule. You find markers for Shrines, Towers, Villages, Korok Seeds, Lightroots, Quests, Treasure Chests, Minibosses, and many more interesting locations. And you can also add your own custom pins to the map.
You can easily add notes to any location and pins on the map, and you can also make Quick Notes while you are playing the game. The game has an easy list that shows you all notes you have created. And keeping track of todo's is also easy with the Tasks feature that you'll find in the app.
TotK Travel Guide is a native app that puts a great interface front and center. The UI is very smooth and will be immediately recognizable for anyone familiar with iOS. The app is fully integrated with the system: your data is synced with iCloud, offers a dark mode and homescreen widgets, and the app even has support for advanced system features such as the Shortcuts app. You can change the language of all locations on the map to any of the languages supported by the game, including Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
TotK Travel Guide is built with love by a Zelda fan just like you. You can unlock all features of the app and support future development with a single, one-time in app purchase. The app does not have any subscriptions or ads.
This is a third-party app and not affiliated with Nintendo Co. Ltd.
more Hi there! A brand new update with a couple of new features and improvements:
- You can now download high quality map assets in the settings of the app. This will then allow you to zoom in further on the map.
- Materials now show you how many you need throughout the game for quests and armor upgrades.
- x2 Korok Seeds now also count twice towards your completion counts, which means that the count in the app now also mirrors what's shown in-game.
- Korok Seeds that have you follow a path are now placed at their final location once you mark them as completed. This makes the location shown in the app the same as on the in-game map, making it easier to check if you've already completed it.

Hey there! This update of TotK Travel Guide features a major update to the app's design and includes many other features to make the app even easier and faster to use.
# New Design
The app now features a brand new Liquid Glass design. Alongside this redesign, a few other tweaks have been made as well to make the app even easier to use. For example, the map controls are now positioned at the bottom of the screen, so it's easier to reach them and change layers or activate the visor mode. Additionally, the search bar now remains visible at the top of the sheet when you scroll, making it easier to activate search whenever you need it.
Together with new animations, transitions, and even a brand new app icon, the app is ready for the latest versions of iOS and iPadOS.
# Menu Bar and Keyboard Shortcuts
On the latest version of iPadOS, the app now supports the new menu bar, giving you easy access to common features of the app. Many of these actions also have keyboard shortcuts assigned to them, making navigating the app even easier. You can now change layers, add pins, and zoom the map without lifting your fingers from the keyboard.
# Search History
The app now also keeps track of your search history, so you can easily go back to locations you've opened before.
I hope you like the update! You can always reach out to me with feedback through the Contact Support button on the About page.
If you enjoy the app and want to support its development, please consider leaving a review or unlocking TotK Travel Guide +. Thank you so much!

2025.1 06/06/2025
Hey there! This version of TotK Travel Guide adds exciting new features and brings support for the latest iOS update.
# Related Locations for Korok Seeds
Some Korok Seeds have a related location, such as the Korok seeds you need to reunite with their friends. You'll now see these related icons on the map to quickly see where you need to go. Additionally, the korok markers are now placed on the spot where you need to start, not where you end.
# Support for Home Screen customization on iOS 18
All icons now have dark and tinted variations, and the widget also supports tinting.
# Map Label improvements
It used to be that some labels on the map would hide other map markers, even when zoomed in a lot. Now, markers will move out of their way to make place for those markers. This way you can always see and access every marker on the map.
# More improvements and refinements
- The area behind the status bar is now a nice gradient blur instead of the solid block that it was before. Makes things look a lot nicer!
- When you tap a marker that would normally be hidden behind the bottom sheet that'll be opened, the map is now moved around a little bit so that you can always see the marker.
- For materials that are mostly found in treasure chests, such as ores, the location of these treasure chests are now also shown on the map when selecting that material.
- Fixed an issue where the coordinates shown at the center would be slightly off when using the app in landscape mode.
- Fixed an issue where the map position would slightly shift between app launches

- You can now optionally show the coordinates at the center of the map, making it even easier to find the right location.
