Best free app for streaming but I’m facing a problem

When i was streaming my Mic Sound is louder than my in game sound and it catches my background noises.. So You Guys Should Add an option in which we can control how much internal and external sound we want in our stream For Example: If You Update an Option In Which We Set 100% internal Sound and 50% Mic Sound in stream, so our viewers won’t get disturbed by our background noises and enjoy the stream with our commentary

I wasted my money on ultra package. They should have given a 3 days trial so that i could tried first. Unfortunately, there’s no trial period so i had to buy the package even before working on it. The app won’t stream at all. It continuously gives error message and shuts down abruptly. That too on an apple device. Extremely bad experience. The support is lazy as hell.
