Recently after updating to the iOS 13, i am unable top open the app. Whenever i try to open only a white screen come and it doesn’t move further.
Free Version of the App Rendered Useless by Pushy Subscription Ad

It’s ridiculous and tacky that the free version is continually interrupted by a pop-up ad to subscribe to the premium or paid version. Even after one dismisses the notice, it keeps popping up after every few seconds. It makes it impossible to look up a word without ad interruptions. Either don’t offer a free version at all, or otherwise have the good sense and grace to refrain from pushing the paid version upon people.

Of course, you are not obligated to purchase the Premium license. Oxford's Premiums are slowly moving to subscription based services. How do I open the same premium dictionary which i bought on my second phone?And if i get this app deleted then how would I regain that premium dictionary
