We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with the app. Our customers are advised about subscription conditions beforehand with full transparency, including free trial duration and the price/length of auto-renewable subscription that follows free trial. It does not start any subscription without user's approval - it is impossible to start a subscription without authorization. If you canceled the free trial at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, then your account should not have been charged for renewal.
