I have mobile access to whatever documents I need to do, and it helps me fulfill what I need. It also allows me to help others such as my family in moments when they don’t have access to a computer and asks me for help. I am also finding the spreadsheet convenient for many of my learnings, studies and the data I create for my own needs. It’s also fun to learn how to use WPS and its many features.

Be careful!!! I recently had a frustrating experience with WPS that I feel compelled to share. I discovered that I was charged without my explicit authorization, which is completely unacceptable. I had trusted this company to handle my account responsibly, but this incident has left me feeling betrayed and frustrated.Despite reaching out to their customer service for clarification and a resolution, the response was unsatisfactory. I expected a prompt resolution, but instead, I was met with unhelpful replies and a lack of accountability. It's concerning that a company can charge customers without their consent, and it raises serious questions about their business practices.I urge others to be cautious when dealing with WPS, as my experience indicates a disregard for customer trust and transparency. I hope they can improve their practices in the future, but for now, I cannot recommend their services.

I love this app, I really do, but SO MANY BUGS cropped up as of late. The shortcut key for em dash just vanished, the comments when editing also disappears in Web View mode and gets rearranged on it’s own. The pages don’t load completely when you’re scrolling in Web View mode, you can’t select text inside table rows and delete just that, it deletes entire rows, and you can’t even resize it smaller than 3/4 of your laptop screen so what’s the point of that? It went from the most convenient word processing app to the most inconvenient. And for some strange reason, the developers themselves don’t see those problems so apparently even their beta testers don’t see it which is so weird. Shame, really. ☹️

I do everything in WPS, it is very helpful especially in my studies and work. I get asked to extract and convert files a lot and this app is very helful in making my life easier in just a few minutes I already have e converted file. I do not have to go to any lther websites to convert pdfs to word etc. For my school I use it to highlight my notes and I never used any other apps when I discovered it back in 2022. It is an all in one application.
