this app keeps on banning me and they have a trash customer service

i dont know why but anytime this app suddenly asks me to verify myself, after a day or two, they will just ban me. like what the hell is that? and this happened 2 TIMES ALREADY. they also wont help me when i submitted a report in their customer service. trash app and trash staff. why the hell would you ban someone after verifying themselves like what you are doing is opposite 😭 i will never recommend this trash app to my friends or family

I must express my disappointment in the current situation. Despite my best efforts, the experience I'm having is truly dreadful. Just yesterday, I made the decision to invest in a premium subscription on this app with the hope of enjoying better swiping quality. However, to my dismay, none of my matches are functioning properly. Each time I attempt to connect, I am met with a disheartening "Failed to match with..." message for every single match. The purpose of upgrading to a premium subscription was to enhance my experience, yet it seems futile when the app fails to address even the most basic freezing issues. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods, such as restarting my phone, logging in and out, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Despite my exhaustive efforts, the problem of slow and freezing performance persists, leaving me frustrated and unable to enjoy the benefits of my premium subscription.

I have been usung Tinder for years and will deactivate and delete when things get busy for me. I recently re-activated and downloaded the app again, even purchased Tinder Gold. As soon as I purchased I noticed I wasn’t getting any matches then the next day all matches and messages came through all at the same time. I continued replying to messages and swiping right and left for a few hours then out of nowhere All my matches stopped responding to my messages. I got a warning and was asked to re-verify my account for some unknown reasons and for sure I did not violate any guidelines as all my photos and messages were decent. Until now I have not received a single message , a new match, … tinder’s customer support have not addressed this concern. I have been a big fan of the app until now. Just give me a refund Tinder!!!!!
