• Subscribers get access to everything currently in the Tezza app as well as all new features, filters, photo/video effects, editing tools, and guides as they are released for as long as they are subscribed
• Subscriptions can occur on a monthly basis or a yearly basis
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Good day! I would just like to report the problem I’m experiencing with my subscription to the app. I made a one month subscription on the 30th of April which was supposed to end this May 30 but unfortunately it was cut short yesterday. I still have a couple of days more to use the functions of my subscription so I’m hoping you can assist me with it. Will definitely resubscribe and change my app rating if the problem is solved. Good news!! We have fixed the subscription bug! Please make sure your app is updated to 4.0.2. If it isn't automatically fixed when you update, please tap "Restore" on the top left of the subscription screen. And if that doesn't work try deleting and then reinstalling the app. The most important part is you need to make sure it's version 4.0.2 in the App Store before updating, you should see the version number under the "What's New" section.Thank you for your love, patience and support. I love how my edits look like after my 7 day trial so I finally got a monthly subscription. However, I encountered an issue after doing so. I can't edit for a day though I have already subscribed so I sent an email to their team but didn't get a resolution, only a reply asking if I have the updated version of this app. While waiting, I did some work around, pushed some buttons and it finally worked. Also, I was charged twice but didn't get a response from the email I sent. It hasn't been a week since I upgraded but on top of everything I wrote, I encountered another bug. The app won't let me edit and put some text on my videos. I loved this app so much however, it's making me sad and frustrated and I feel like I am just wasting my money. :( I'll probably get an upgrade somewhere else after I finish my subscription.
Wrongfully charged for a subscription (bug)

Although this is a great editing app (and still my favorite). I was wrongfully charged for a subscription. I tried the 7 day free trial and after restarting the app multiple times, I still did not get the promised free services. Because of this issue, I decided to cancel the subscription right away and a few hours later I was charged for 1 whole month of subscription. (and even after being charged, I still can’t access the pro features of the app)I strongly suggest not to try the free trial if you don’t want to experience the hassle of reporting/seeking help from Apple services and waiting for a refund.

Works fine with my Xs Max so far. Only issue I have is that sometimes it crashes when I am about to save my edited photo. Please fix! :)
