I don't like that you make 365 the default. It's fine for simple Microsoft office for me. I wish you could remove it. Compatibility on Ipad Pro

I’ve been using Microsoft Word with my ipad pro 2020 for months now. Since day 1, i am already experiencing a lot of issues particularly in the app’s responsiveness. every now and then, the app will stop responding and I have to force close the app so that it will work again. Its quite frustrating when you are doing your school works and it does the issue almost every 10 mins. I already tried several tips to prevent this issue from happening but there seems to be no remedy for this. Apparently, a lot of people is also experiencing the exact same issue. Hopefully this can get resolve in your future updates.

Before, i’ve been using microsoft all the time—for my activities, quizzes, and homework. It has been compatible with my laptop, phone, and iPad, not until the 365 update came. I spent 30 minutes trying to make a new account, logging in my account, only for it to be wasted because i need a subscription. It used to be so user-friendly but now you have to pay to USE THE APP. I have it on my computer and everytime is also bugs even tho i have a subscription. You can say that my computer is laggy but no, with strong wifi and not laggy computer, it keeps saying i need a subscription when i have a subscription. And now in my iPad, i can’t log in in that account.At least make your app user-friendly and not money-hungry! People actually need this. Now, i need to look for alternatives after wasting so many time trying to fix my microsoft account. Darn u, microsoft word!
Please Make Word Friendlier for Big Documents

I recently worked on a very large Microsoft Word file with over 1,100 pages, and I had a hard time using the app. The document kept slowing down and showing “Not Responding,” which made it difficult to finish my work. Because of this, I wasn’t able to submit my file on time.I tried sharing the file with my friends so they could help me, but the document wouldn’t load on their devices either. It took too long to open, or it wouldn’t open at all.I hope Microsoft can make Word more friendly and easier to use, especially for big documents. It would also help a lot if sharing and connecting with other people didn’t feel confusing or complicated. A simpler, smoother way to send or load large files would make the app much better for everyone.
