Shifting from the iOS Mail app to Outlook made me wonder why I hadn’t done it before. My main issue with the other mailing apps was that I couldn’t seem to open ANY attachment and was beginning to lose hope on the iPad until I found Outlook.Since the most recent iOS 14.4 update on the iPad, however, my Outlook started crashing after just seconds of just launching. After some tinkering in figuring out why, I learned that it was because of my iMAP email which is unfortunate because it’s what I mainly use for work. Hopefully this new Outlook update will fix it. Otherwise, I might have to look for another app.A suggestion I have is to integrate the Microsoft To Do app into the bottom bar where mail, search, and calendar is located so that we don’t have to continuously whip out the To Do app on the side while checking the calendar. The calendar feature in the app itself is brilliant, by the way. With that being said, another suggestion that I have is to allow the integration of iMAP emails into the calendar. I would like to be able to organize my events better with the freedom of using my other emails.Thank you for a very useful and impressive app. It’s simple and has (almost) everything I need! I just hope the crashing won’t happen any more as it seems to be a constant issue based on other reviews dating back to years ago.

Functional, with some bugs

I really love the functions of Outlook in my phone, it let’s me do work on the go. However, I noted some bugs when sending an email from my phone:1. When forwarding or replying to a message, the spacing between sentences becomes bigger when the sent messages were opened on a laptop; and2. Adding access to a photo when drafting an email is not working. I have to go to Settings of my phone to allow which photo to grant access, this does not happen with other apps.
Well done.

However, hope we can filter via the inbox, sent items, and etc folders it by email address if we have multiple emails that are opened. That would be a great convenience and ease of navigation, sorting and searching.Thank you for taking the time off by reading my humble review that might add value to your future services.
This update includes performance improvements and bug fixes to make Outlook better for you.
