This app contains sample content that is free to play. However, LOTS MORE fun and entertaining games and activities are available if you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription. While you are subscribed you can play with EVERYTHING. We regularly add new stuff, so subscribed users will enjoy ever-expanding play opportunities.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the rate of the selected subscription plan.
• You can change your mind at any point. Cancelling can be done through your iTunes settings.
• Your subscription will auto-renew at the cost of the chosen package unless you cancel it 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscription fees are charged to your iTunes account.
• After purchase, you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings.
• When you purchase a subscription, you forfeit any unused portion of a free trial period.

Didn’t mean to buy it and was not refunded

So my husband and 3yo downloaded some games and whatnot on my ipad and this app was included. Now they clicked the free trial. I cancelled the day I was charged and they did not refund me for it. What a scam!! It’s not even a good app. So disappointed in the team that looks at refunds for shhhh that we don’t even use.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with our app. Normally problems with sound are due to the fact that the mute switch on the device is engaged. This can be a little confusing because not all apps obey the mute button, but ours do, so while you will be able to hear other apps, you would not be able to hear ours. All you have to do is toggle the mute switch which is located on the side of your tablet or smartphone. Once you toggle it you will hear sound again. If there is no mute button please slide up the menu from the bottom of the iPad screen to find the mute button icon. If you still cannot hear sound, please try the following: Go to Settings > General. Under "Use Side Switch To" please ensure that the "Mute" option is selected, and not the "Lock Rotation" button. Then ensure that the Lock / Unlock setting is switched on (to unlock). You might have to restart your device afterwards. If this doesn't work please email us at support@touchpress.com.
