The predecessor Cards and Castles was such a creative snd unique game. I have been playing it for years and enjoyed every moment of it. When I found out they were making a sequel to the game I was excited to see how they take the game to the next level. Unfortunately, it has so far been a flat release. A lot of the game elements that made this game great to me was removed or changed in a way that didn’t make sense to me. Such as the ability to spawn a peasant every round for 2 coins. I believe that the developers put a lot of effort into this newer game and I do see the potential in it. I hope that with more time they will improve. So far it’s been dull and just makes me miss the OG game.

at least give some consideration for new casual players who don’t want to battle players who have probably bought several card packs. make the game playable offline. you don’t even need wifi to run the game, there are literally PvE modes already existing. and there aren’t even any ads, meaning that the game shouldn’t need WiFi to run. the devs earn money from the shop anyway, not from ads. you guys earn from card packs and bundles and season passes and in-game currency. so why not make it playable offline? it’s an incredible game, i can’t lie, but i won’t sit here for hours trying to fight players who have already spent money on intangible cards.
