From the creator of Gladihoppers comes Blades of Deceron, an epic medieval fantasy RPG where kingdoms clash, factions rise, and only the strongest survive.
Embark on a journey through the war-torn valley of Brar on the continent of Deceron. Four powerful factions—the Kingdom of Braryrian, the Holy Empire of Azivnia, the Kingdom of Elukhis, and the Clans of Valthir—wage war for control, leaving the land ravaged and infested with bandits. Will you lead your forces to victory and bring peace, or will you carve your own path of conquest?
- 2D Fighting Action: Engage in intense, fast-paced battles with as many as 10v10 on-screen combatants. Wield a vast arsenal of weapons, from swords and axes to polearms and ranged gear. Every fight feels fresh with hundreds of pieces of equipment to discover.
- Campaign Mode: Explore vast lands, conquer towns, castles, and outposts, and recruit soldiers to fight alongside you. Will your faction rise to power or crumble in the face of adversity?
- Create Your Legacy: Start your own faction and dominate the valley. Recruit NPC characters that roam the overworld, take on quests, and build your forces.
- Strategic Depth: Beyond the blade, outsmart your enemies with tactical choices. Conquer key locations, manage your resources, and take control of the war-torn valley.
- RPG Elements: Equip your hero with gear that reflects your playstyle. Helmets, gauntlets, boots, and more—customize your fighter and enhance your combat abilities.
- Unique Races and Classes: Fight as a human or a faun-like hornoof, and master combat skills tied to different weapons—one-handed swords, dual wielding, two-handed axes, and even halberds!
- Future Expansions: Look forward to thrilling minigames, from arena tournaments to fishing, along with an engaging quest system and scene editor, ensuring endless replayability.
Blades of Deceron is inspired by other amazing fighting games and action RPG titles, such as Mount & Blade, the Witcher, and Gladihoppers.

It’s a really really good game and it has potential to be one of the best medieval fantasy games out there. But just by playing this game for less than a month, it makes me feel bored because I'm limited to the amount of interactions and goals (other than gearing up) that I can do in this game, you could only fix this by just updating the game to overhaul the interactions and events of blades of deceron and it would be a very fun experience.
This game is a love letter to medieval/rpg games
Willer_Billier
I was skeptical at first when downloading since the App Store barely has any fun medieval-rpg games. I found out that this game was made by the same guy who created gladdihoppers so my expectations were raised, and boy were they met. Here’s something’s I loved about it 1. The difficulty, the combat took a while to learn BUT surprisingly fun! 2. The graphics, I loved that detail on the armor of units, the map is very detailed yet simple in a way 3. The army battles, it’s just so satisfying to watch them, -there’s way more things to compliment and admire so I suggest to look at the game itself SUGGESTIONS: More random events and npcs to encounter roaming the map More variety in quests Magic, simple spells like fireball, heal, etc would be nice More options in faction relations (trade, assassinations, bribes, more dialogue options that affect relationships between factions, etc) More things to use money for, so far only good for buying equipment, hiring mercenaries and recruits. (Maybe add an option to give recruits equipment not just the player) …. Lastly, developer, thank you for this wonderful game. I’d support this game to the very end, I’d love to see it gain more recognition
Kicking is slightly overpowered and some other feedback
Vdtjbffhk
The combat is nice i like it. However, kicking is way too effective, kicking an opponent knocks them back and takes their stamina as well and if they’re hit while knocked back its a critical. In 1v1 fights like in the tournament, it’s too overpowered. Tldr: Kicking is overpowered, has way too much value with too little cost. Also a larger map would be sick and labels on the type of settlements would help as well. To help ease finding workers, warriors, nobles, travelers, and possibly more. Raiding a settlement then doing a siege makes it way too easy to gain control over settlements. A way to make it harder would be nice.Love the game so far, thanks!
Didn’t expect this game but I’m amazed
ReggYnaldX
I honestly enjoy the game, I did wish gladihopppers would have this kind of thing but this one is already fun enough, it exceeded my expectations. 👏Here are my suggestions:- If we can make our own faction or like the custom character you made in Quick battle can be duplicated in retinue would be realy nice.- If possible, I know it removed in Gladihoppers, probably amplify the “gore”, it’s ok if this is disregarded, I understand. These are currently my recommendations, it’s already fun as it is, I hope no future inconvenient updates will ruin it, it’s close to perfection! I hope to see more factions, maps, weapons and other stuff in the updates soon. Don’t give this game up, it’s a chef’s kiss. 👌 I’ll keep in touch.
