SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Best versatile fitness app

This app has everything I need to stop making excuses. Gym too busy? It’s got at home workouts. Sore legs? Do upper body or core. Not feeling the gym? Do a yoga session. I love that you can flick between BBG, PWR and BBG Stronger. It was really hard to start with but I actually persevered and edited workouts/exercises to suit my fitness level and I’ve been smashing it ever since. This is the longest I’ve ever stuck with the gym because of this app. I don’t use the meals section because of dietary restrictions but it’s so good that that option is there. I eat relatively healthy and balanced most of the time but the benefit of seeing results from this app and its workouts actually makes me want to eat better.I recommend this app to everyone. And when you consider the monthly cost of this and everything it includes in comparison to paying for a PT it’s unbeatable!

Great app, only a couple of little features missing

The app works well and the programs are brilliant but there are a few little irksome things that I noticed about the app itself. None of the FIERCE resistance workouts are available on my Apple Watch for starters... PLEASE add buzzers/sirens/some sort of alarm to signal the end of a timed exercise, and when to switch sides if it’s required. I hate having to keep checking and staring at my phone to keep track. Also an option to automatically advance the exercises rather than having to tap the arrow every time would greatly improve the flow of the workouts. The planner feature also needs some work and more flexibility. It would be great if you could add workouts to the planner retrospectively, and pick a start date for the scheduling the suggested workout plan. It was Monday and I selected the suggested plan but it wouldn’t schedule anything until Monday of the next week. Kind of annoying. The next day I tried to add the LISS workout from the previous day in to the planner and I couldn’t. I love the workouts and have pulled some inspo from the recipes section but the planner is a bit too rigid to be useful.

I downloaded the free option in April the Covid-19 lockdown . Loved it so much that I decided to buy the subscription ! I have been doing cardio and strength training for years and once a week have a personal trainer session . After Menopause my weight started creeping up and had belly fat and struggled to lose cm or kg . I am doing PWR at home and lost 20cm overall . The burpees , push-ups is getting better😂. I love that in sweat , the program is to work on all your muscles - Full body and also encourages to stretch which I love , foam rolling and rest day ! I have not used the nutrition plan but been getting tips from there for my protein as I am a vegetarian . I am looking forward to more changes in my body which is achievable even at 59 year old and I am proud of my body !
