Misleading ads

I like this game. Have sunk many hours into it when I needed mindless entertainment. I downloaded this as a recommendation from a friend. However. This game is absolutely nothing like the ads I'm seeing or the App Store photos. The only accurate portrayal of the game is the video on the App Store. There is no dress up the way you think the individual in the stage should be styled. You get three ready picked choices for each customisable. All typical, normal looking fashion choices. No room for the stages self expression. There's no way to fail a stage, sometimes it just takes a while. The game is so forgiving it gives you bonuses constantly. You can express yourself by unlocking and purchasing outfits for your avatar, but you barely ever see them. Also "Cliques" are a thing in this. That was a... choice. The added story between the cast is rather boring and sometimes rather gross. On the plus side: No intrusive adds which is lovely, just game related bonuses you can buy that pop up every now and then. No need for pay to play either. Overall a decent time waster.

I would’ve given this game 5 stars because it’s a great game. It’s really fun and interesting BUT the fact that you have to pay (not real money) so much for tiny tasks is so infuriating! You only win 300 coins from completing a puzzle and yet the tiniest task can cost 300+ coins and that’s not even the worst part, the worst part is that sometimes the puzzles are SO difficult which can put your game progression on hold 😤 I love this game but I’m getting sick of doing 2+ puzzles just to make enough coins to complete 1 lousy task! GAME DEVELOPERS here’s some suggestions to make the game more enjoyable:•Don’t make the puzzles so difficult, the whole idea of the game is to make over people & their businesses/rooms etc. Why would you make it so difficult for us to be able to do that? Makes no sense!!•We should earn more than 300 coins for completing a puzzle, especially since one tiny task like ‘removing wall paper’ can cost 300+ coins 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ •Tasks should not cost so much coins!! Especially when it’s ‘removing a face mask’ or ‘removing rubbish’... that is so stupid! I’d understand if the more ‘special tasks’ like picking outfits for the client and/or decorating was a little more expensive because those tasks are the most fun but come on... •We should be able to earn coins other ways too like watching ads or voting on the style of someone’s else’s avatar? That would help a lot!•We should get rewarded for passing levels & the daily rewards should be a bit more than one lousy pair of scissors 🤦🏽‍♀️Please seriously think about this because at the moment your game is annoying and the fun dies before you even really get into it!

I was really excited to download this game, considering it was based from project makeover but why and what was the need for the candy crush like mini games? I really thought this app was going to provide more. The creators need to change the ideas of their mini games to actually give users a chance to get coin in their bank to actually make a make over happen. I’m not even at level 50 and I’m using up all my five lives to pass one mini game for 300 coin for the next step of the make over to cost 900. Give us rewards when passing levels or multiple levels. Daily returns should have more rewards than one pair of scissors. The fun has died in this game before it had started. The creator now need to listen to the reviews because it was a sad let down. Don’t give people false hope. This was a failed attempt that needs a lot of improvement to success. It’s isn’t too late...

However, not sure why the option for watching Ads has been no longer appeared in my account for a long time while my friends never got this problem, so now it is quite common for me to play 20-30 times to complete a single level. This makes me bored of the game now.

This makes me bored of the game now.
