A science-based ADHD app for focus, productivity, and daily life. Manage your ADHD in just 5 minutes a day!
Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We are not a glorified timer or calendar. Inflow is a science-based program designed to help you manage focus, procrastination, and follow-through in a way that works with your brain, not against it. Developed with clinical psychologists and featured in peer-reviewed research.

WHO IS INFLOW FOR?
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, late-diagnosed, or still figuring things out, ADHD doesn’t have to dictate your day. Inflow meets you wherever you are on your journey. You do not need a formal diagnosis to use our tools.
- Think you might have ADHD? If you relate to things like distraction, time blindness, or task paralysis but don’t have a formal diagnosis, Inflow can help you understand your brain and start building better habits. No doctor’s note required.
- Newly Diagnosed? Diagnosis explains the ”what”, but Inflow teaches the “how”. We bridge the gap between clinical diagnosis and daily life by teaching you the practical CBT skills and coping mechanisms that complement medication and clinical care.
- Living with ADHD? Even pros hit burnout. Consistency is hard! Inflow provides the external structure and community accountability ("Body Doubling") you need to stay on track and reset when life gets overwhelming.
- Struggling with Executive Function? Focus and regulation issues aren't exclusive to ADHD. Whether navigating Autism (ASD), OCD, Depression, or general burnout, our tools help you overcome paralysis regardless of your specific label.

I’m someone who has constantly been told I’ve got ADHD. No medical professional believes I do unfortunately(high masking female). so it’s very difficult to find a professional to at least provide helpful wellbeing tools I can apply to my life to make some positive improvement in my life. This app does it. Very simple to understand the topics/modules. It’s customed to fit you. Highly recommended for people who are wanting to make small but very important improvements to regulation of mind, emotions and self in general

Oof - as someone whose ADHD story is similar to yours, it is frustrating to hear about your experience seeking assessment and support in person. It is so unfortunate that our experiences are so common, but knowing that Inflow is helping to bridge the gap for you is incredibly heartening. Thank you for sharing with us. I hope we continue to support you in the way that you need, and if there is ever anything we can help with, our support team can be reached at hello@getinflow.io! -Callie, Inflow Community Guide
Leaves the other apps in the dust

I have tried lots of ADHD app trials and they leave me confused because they’re so complicated! This app was so easy on my mind - no stress, no pressure and I love their little helper, Quinn.
Developer Response

Cool Idea, not quite in practice

A 7 day trial is simply not enough time considering working with a population prone to forgetting things. I didn’t utilise the 7 days (“I’ll do it later” and then forgetting). I can’t justify the large price tag. The app itself seems promising but I didn’t really make it through a module. The main issue that put me off was how repetitive the sign up is. I did a whole screening through the instagram, downloaded and had to do it AGAIN! Then the next log in it was a very similar screening. Takes a lot of time and I got bored… doesn’t seem logical to put a short trial and then an expensive paywall.
Developer Response
We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns about the 7-day trial duration. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the repetitive sign-up process. Your insights are valuable, and we'll work on streamlining the onboarding process to enhance the user experience. We acknowledge the importance of a balanced trial and pricing structure and will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve our app. We hope you might consider revisiting us in the future when we've made these necessary improvements. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
Don’t bother

Hiding the app behind such a massive paywall is awful, especially when they’re claiming to want to help people. Though, quite nice of them to open their app up to all people, with a bunch of different psychological ailments, regardless of diagnosis, as long as people can pay! CBT as a treatment has been questioned, with declining efficacy rates and quite nasty potential side effects. ADD is no longer a clinical term, and I’m pretty sure it’s been out of professional circulation since like 2014 or something. Don’t waste your time or money with this app. It doesn’t seem like they’ve done their homework. Spend that $199 USD on something that’ll actually help you.
Developer Response
Thank you for sharing your perspective on the app. We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and felt that the app's pricing structure was unfavorable. We understand your concerns about accessibility and the potential limitations that a paywall can create. Inflow is a subscription-based App to ensure that we are able to consistently provide a quality service and to support the team of clinicians, coaches, engineers, and other team-members who help to make Inflow possible. We also have a student discount and Access Program to ensure that people are able to access our services even if they are unable to afford a subscription price. More info can be found on our FAQs at https://www.getinflow.io/faqs.Regarding the treatment approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been widely researched and has shown effectiveness in treating various mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions. While it may not be suitable for everyone, many individuals, including Inflow members, have found it helpful in managing their symptoms and improving their well-being.Regarding the term "ADD," you are correct that it is no longer used as a clinical term. We're not sure what this part of the review is referring to but please reach out to our support team at hello@getinflow.io if you have any concerns, we would be happy to help.We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously as we continually strive to improve our app and provide valuable support to our users.
