Booked a van to move houses, everything went through smoothly until after I paid. After payment I find there is additional verification needed which included a photo of physical bill for proof of address. I am new in the country so this is impossible. Who now days actually receives physical bills now days, for the last 10years everything I receive comes through email. Now I am forced to find something else under short notice and go back and forth with this company to get my money back which may be impossible. All of this could have been avoided if this shady company asked for verification before booking and payment.
Every two weeks, we check under the hood to fix any pesky bugs and make some performance improvements so everything runs smoothly.
