Hi!!! I’m apart of the STAY 6th Gen community, and id first like to say im really like these new additions to the membership you’ve added! I love the early access for the store! However, recently I’ve noticed that the app has been logging me out each time I open it. It’s not that annoying me for since I just use my phones Face ID to log in again, but I’ve seen posts where this has happened to others and they have to remember wha email they used or which password they used, which would be annoying for them. I hope you can fix this issue in the next update, but overall this is a good app! Thanks.

I got FANS as part of the STAY 4기/4th Gen membership.It was touted as an all-in-one app where we would get updates, membership exclusives, community spaces to Enthuse, & a place to interact with the members.The reality is that I get more information about SKZ from Twitter/X than I have from the FANS app.On only two occasions have I gotten the same information from FANS as Twitter/X - both recruitment info for 5기/5th Gen STAY membership.The VERY few times the members came onto the app, notifications of activity would pop up, but then trying to find that activity in the app was nigh impossible.Unsurprisingly, there’s very limited Accessibility options. The text size I use makes the app clunky, cutting off words, blurring posts, & generally making things difficult. There’s also issues where the app will arbitrarily change from dark mode to light mode, or vice versa. I have all my systems on dark mode as default, so this was incredibly uncomfortable. There’s no access to the Store, no notifications about upcoming events - I missed a concert live-stream opportunity because of this - & bizarrely, there is no digital membership.This app is the definition of Disappointing. I really hope they make it bette for 5기/5th Gen STAY.
