Made a video or two that were a success, then it produced a video that came out an AI disaster, not based off my image or the theme selected. It was completely random. Contacted support and they say they can’t refund any credits.

This is the first time I have seen a full access subscription lack access. There are supposed to be over 500 features that are unlocked by subscribing, but once you do, you are only able to make a few videos (4-5) per week before you have to either wait another week or pay extra for the ability to create more videos. Each video is only 2 sec long. Listen to the other WRITTEN reviews and just don’t bother.
The 4 star rating is paid for by the company.

I'm not giving them my credit card or app store credit details without first seeing how the app works. I can't see any options to unsubscribe after a few days of use. Companies like this are wasting our time. As we need to test the product. 3 day trial is normal, but not these greedy app makers. So I'm giving yet another low rating as punishment for making things so difficult
