I've been playing for almost 5 weeks and I signed with my Apple ID but just now when I opened the game it took me back to login/sign in lobby and I tried using my Apple ID it says it can't find the email at all???? Like No???!!! I'm not doing everything all over again???

I have been a big fan of Cheritz, played Mystic Messenger for so long and back then even ordered the limited edition VIP for package. Back then Cheritz cared for their fans. Now? Not so much.First of all the prices in Ssum are atrocious! I’ve never seen a mobile game be so expensive before, and I even tried the “VIP” option if you can call it that to see since I’d been eager about Ssum. It was the most wasted £25 I’ve ever spent. You barely get anything for that subscription price. The game itself is riddled with grammatical errors and the way Teo and the main character interacts is poorly written. The dialogue often just repeats itself and some answers you give to Teo doesn’t even make sense as he will reply with something completely off topic to the current conversation being had. The UI is awful and confusing. Tutorials are walls of text and not really helpful. Tbh this entire game was a letdown after this wait time. My advice? Do not download this game. Don’t be a fool like me and give Cheritz your money. They’ve become a greedy corporation who no longer cares about their fans and it shows. Ssum is a quick cash grab. Nothing else.

Alright Cheritz. If you’re going to censor me I’ll express what I honestly feel like, considering I’m not allowed to in your game.What an outrageous and disappointing experience. I really liked Cheritz. So much so that I’ve been a long term customer and spent a considerable amount of money on their products. This includes a subscription in the Ssum. Despite still receiving internal ads despite literally paying for no advertising, I’m still pushed to pay even more money. If I was to pay to skip all of the worst features of the game, it would cost me well over 500$. 500 dollars for what? A game that an amateur could have made. A game that is FILLED with incomprehensible spelling errors, boring gameplay and no soul. I can’t even express how I “feel” about the Ssum because the mere words “complain about this game” are literally censored for being “slander”.I’m paying YOU, Cheritz. If I want to type the words “complain” and “game” but can’t because it’s “slander”, you are out of your mind. The whole point of this game ignoring Teo is to express your emotions, yet you censor our emotions. You’ve lost your touch, Cheritz. Thanks for your soulless app.
