The game still have issues.. keep on crashing.. the new "ship" was just a new look.. crappy information on what you in fact pay for.. remind me of another game, made by GREEDY GERMANS.. care about your gamers, lower the prices. Then more people will play it!!!

When bugs or errors happen, customer support will either wait a few weeks until an update comes and say sorry, but it should be fixed now, or blame it on lag, internet connection or cache problems on the players side. Any rewards lost will never be credited, just some cut’n’paste excuse. Even with screenshot proof, they will say it is on the user end and that they are sorry for the inconvenious. Else, the game is fin, but sometimes terrible laggy. Crashes often, so restart game regularly to avoid loosing rewards.

We recommend that you turn on and off airplane mode, switch between data transmission and Wi-Fi for your network environment, reduce the graphics quality in the game settings, and regularly clean up the emails in the game. If your problem still persists, please contact our customer support personnel through the customer service portal. Thank you!
