I’m honestly very frustrated with the new account verification method. The puzzle and number verification system is extremely difficult and often inaccurate. Most times, the numbers provided are wrong, which makes it impossible to complete the process.I’ve been trying to recreate my account for the past 3 months and I’m completely stuck because of this. It shouldn’t be this hard for genuine users to access their accounts.Please reconsider this new method or improve the accuracy of the verification system. It’s discouraging real users and creating unnecessary barriers.

I just got the app today. Things have been good. In fact, I was about to pay for a premium account when I couldn’t open the app anymore. I met good people too and some great matches but my conversations are far from over and now, I can’t seem to access the app? I just checked again. It’s not even that I can’t open it, you all seemed to block me? It’s my first time and day using this app and suddenly I’m blocked? For no just cause? Things were going great but this is suddenly how it ends?Why does it keep saying holy server error?

Dear bumble, even with the fact that the app became too boring or filled with men that just want to hit it and dip cause I haven’t had the best experience there, I still decided to give the app one more trial and you block me. For what? If you have the back end access, you can look through my chats and see that I have been nothing but kind and polite. I have never insulted anyone or posted any porn related material up. I can’t be on the app and then be sick for a day and not log in and when I get better and log in, I see I am thrown out for not good reason whatsoever. Do your due diligence and investigate, rather than throw me out. All I know is that I am innocent of any report you claim to have received. I am not a bad or terrible person and neither do I sell porn up there. My handle is Beebee on the app.
