This new edition of the game includes several new features including new alternate ships, colorful new trails, and a new "daily challenge" system that will test the skills of even the most experienced players.

- Challenge UI now stays on screen until dismissed with 'continue' button.
- Challenges give you reward multipliers if you exceed the challenge goal, up to 5x.
- Added a challenge progress indicator to the HUD.
- Tier 1 challenges now gives an XP Booster.
- Tier 2 and 3 challenges give much higher Tri rewards.
- For challenges with ghost ships, ghost ships now spawn in first 5 regions.
- Dense Fog challenges are a bit less dense now.
- World Portals appear more frequently.
- XP Boosters now last 60 minutes instead of 15.
- Improved reward sprite animations.
- Fixed bug where playing Sunrise disabled challenge conditions.
- Fixed bug where 'only turn left' and 'only turn right' challenges were bugged when 'invert controls' condition was also active.
